Norman Wilder Wildlife Area 5/31/08
This is an easy hike on dirt fire roads through mature forests and upland swamps in an area managed for wildlife. The area is preserved primarily for hunting and the trails are well-maintained fire roads. The scenery ranges from fields and forests to swamps. The trail becomes sandy in one section and there is not always shade on the trail.
